PROS: Hotel is within walking distance to Little Italy and Fells Point and which have great restaurant options. The room was clean and are stay was quiet. The Valet staff is the hardest working of all the staff. Courteous and gave us lots of tips on places to visit. The hotel has a small swimming pool and an indoor patio area to relax. There is free basic breakfast. CONS: We stayed three nights and requested for our room to be cleaned on two occasions. No one ever came to clean during our stay. While we understand that there are staffing shortages, cleanliness of linens and basic room cleaning need to be at the top of the Hotels list. We had to go forage for towels on our own. Additionally, the rug in the main area was not swept up as long as our stay. Breakfast: Free breakfast is a nice touch however there were issues of coffee being out and the breakfast stations were not being cleaned. The breakfast itself was fine.

I felt the Hyatt Place was a decent place to stay. Until they refuaed to eespond, accordingly. #1 and SO simple, asking for towels. Never came (throughout visit). #2 due to the fact the air conditioner stopped working in our room, and even though (after a long wait) a service man came in to fix it, within 15 minutes it stopped working. I went back down to counter asking for a fan, as our room now was at 80 degrees by that point, and they stated the service man was going to my room right then. Well, after 30 minutes waiting again, i had to go back down and was then told, the servicemen must have left for the night. So, with an 8 hour drive early in the a.m., and it now being late she said i had a few options. #1 to go to another hotel (pack up all, including my kids?...uhh no) #2 be commencated for one night (clearly my only option) and #3 was to deal as there were no other rooms avaliable to switch to. And note, no fans were available for us, thw hotel had nothinf of this sort. After 4 hours asking for help. This manager stated 5 rooms were out of service, and this "never happens", as i walked back to my room finding the carpets so soaked with water, my shoes were so wet, the next day.it added to the fun to our trip home. It was confirmed by Chris the front desk manager that I would get one night free. Yet, by his "annoyance" we shall see if i have to fighr for this after all else 🙄. Please note, the valet workers were beyond great, nice, and accomadating!!

This place is much better is pictures. The pull out couch in our room was beyond gross with stains on both sides of the cushions. The shower water pressure was awful. The pool was very small. The staff was great, and the location was very convenient. But I would try someplace else next time.
