There was a roach at the check in desk. The caulking around the tub was filled with mold/Mildred. The tub had so many colors from dirt. The mattresses were disintegrating and can be seen because there were no mattress covers and the sheets were too small To cover the mattresses (2-queen beds) there was a funky smell in the room. The clerk at check in informed us if there were any issues tk let her know. These are not issues that can be fixed instantly, the rooms are dated and needs to be updated. Not enough towels, lotions and shampoos in the room, Oks, outdated AC/Heating system. I should get my $ back just. Very run down hotel. Not the Wyndham brand I know.

The new front desk software made the clerk repeatedly apologetic for the length of registration time. Two guests came to the desk while I was there with room complaints. The elevator closest to my room was not working. My first room had the fire alarm beeping every 30 seconds… I was moved to a second room which turned out okay. The one highlight was the shuttle driver at 6am!!
