The staff was fine but hotel desperately needs a make over. Shower was a joke as every time I showered there were puddles of water in the room. This was because the shower had a modern door but it didn’t cover enough area and water would just go out onto the bathroom floor. Just about everything seemed to be a few years behind the times. Have stayed here before - location is great, food is okay and staff is friendly but won’t stay here again until they update things a bit.

Overall, Harrah’s is a nice hotel on the strip. It’s location and convenience are great!! However, my disappointment is with the room itself. The cleaning of the room was subpar. There was someone else’s hair on the restroom floor when we arrived and the design of the shower with only one door is definitely a bad idea!! By the time you’re finished, there’s literally a pool of water on the floor!! For these reasons, Harrah’s won’t be my first choice for my next Vegas trip!

Check in was bumpy. Automatic check in did not work. Had to use an agent to check us in and she also had trouble with the system. After about 20 minutes, she worked things out. Room was fine but was advertised as a suite However the second sitting area was very small with no couch. Just two uncomfortable chairs in a very narrow area. My wife got sick from the food at the restaurant. She couldn't even finish her dinner. They comped the dinner but she was sick the rest of the night including at the Adele concert Paid 2000 for the tickets and the meal nearly ruined the night. Restaurant was in the Caesar complex not Harrahs.
