My only problem was the staff member that cleaned the room. Not sure why they would take all the wash clothes and not replace them. Other than that i would definitely go back and recommend this property. Extremely large pool which was never crowded or over bearing. The drinks couldve been a bit stronger.

GREAT: Our butler, David, was the BEST!!!! The beach and massage were ;-) (make sure they bill you correctly if you go with someone or else drama at checkout may ensue). OK: Le Gourmet was our fave dining option. At the others we had food temperature and accuracy issues almost every time - some of that is likely attributable, at least in part, to language differences. So hot that drinks get warm SUPER fast, but cans of beer are only 8 oz so get yourself a case from your butler, a plastic bag of ice (bring ur Yeti?) and chill your own ;-) NO BUENO: We had intermittent a/c the first 3 days and lost power and a/c at 2am the night before checking out - not good (from the northern states so too unaccustomed to that level of heat & humidity for 24/7). David did his best & maintenance responded... but it shouldn't have been that bad; and in the interest of appreciation & wanting it done correctly and promptly the tips every time for something that should be part of the package added up - frustrating, ya know? OVERALL: Bring cash for tips ($1-$20 denominations depending on what kind of tipper you are. STRONGLY SUGGEST Monkeyland and Sauna Island ( $$ at each for pics & vendors) - still trying to figure out how to get a squirrel monkey of my own, xoxo. Lovely & beautiful - people & country. Honored to have had the opportunity despite the gripes (bigger picture, right!? Got to go see a beautiful Island in the middle of the Atlantic/Caribbean). Bon voyage!

We like are room location with the swin up to pool. Some of the items in room and outside need to get a update. Also the dining area outside could uses some fan and inside dining need to have A/C on higher.
