Everything was great expect for the bed and pillows. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were so soft they had no support.

Near everything I wanted to do . The cleaning crew was very nice and polite. Wish I had a better view from my room since it was my first time in a Chicago. Told them that when I check in but still got a view of a brick wall :(
