The floors were dirty, the toliet barely flushed, the tub was stained and paint peeling.microwave and minfridge old and nasty

First we Paid in full when we made our reservations, and requested ground floor due to my husbands disabilities , was told to call the day b4 arrival, as i did to confirm this request, When i called to MAKE SURE it was ready, Haha the clerk informed us they did NOT reserve a bottom floor, and she would try to fix that before we arrived within 3 hrs.... Well that didn't work out.. it took 20 mins to get my husband up stairs.... the noise from the room next to us, the Huge Barking Dog 2 doors down Was so Horrible... it got to the point we left at 4:40 am, the clerk " male" refused to give us a receipt...., Also refused to give us a paper stating we didn't have a hair dryer/iron& ironing board/ and all the other crazy items they charge for if not in the room when we check out,,, The male clerk was Very unprofessional & Rude.. NEVER recommend this place & have filed a report with the BBB

You paid for the room through online, thus we can not give a receipt due to contractual agreement with online company. You should have received an email through the online company with reservation and receipt. The items that are listed on signs in rooms, are items that you can request to have loan to you from the front desk. We can not discriminate against a guest having service animals or service animals in training, we do apologize if this was an inconvenience to you. As far as your husband disability we attempt to honor request, it is easier to do so when you mention this request for first floor when you book rooms online. We can not just kick a guest out of a room they are in on first floor, if all rooms are taken. Please contact any hotels morning staff at front desk, at any hotels, that you may have issues. We would have loved the chance to have tried to have better accommodate you. Thank you stay and your comments.

Surprisingly less than I expected. Room felt dirty, sheets were a bit itchy, light switch didn't work right, and the key demagnetized easier than I've ever seen before. Staff was about par for a cheap hotel near a beach with a staff taking full advantage of COVID to not interact with customers. Won't stay at this one again.

its a motel with an H. not clean, very uncomfortable beds and definitely not a place to spent your money or vacations.
