So, when you check in, they neglect to tell you that they charge you an additional $175 for incidentals, which apparently includes clean towels and toilet paper

This hotel has far been my worst experience.between the mold on the blankets and sheets, crap loads of dust, to roaches and let’s not mention them never answering the phones .

Check in process was terrible. You could barely understand him and he was barely paying any attention to me as he was helping 3 other people at the same time. He didn't explain anything to me or give me any paperwork
