Have to pay for parking daily, drive round lot to find a spot, fitness center not included on fees, extra resort fees- not sure for what, room was cleaned x 1, main pool not open during our stay and was not told before arrival, bell boy not available at check in, although bell boy area at front of hotel

Travelocity left a total due for resort fee. This was incorrect but I did get them to honor the amount. Also had to pay daily for parking which we were unaware of prior to our vacation. "We cannot take that off you will have to check with Travelocity". Fitness center was privately owned so again would have to pay to use. Could not get a later check out even though next check in was not until 4pm. When we arrived no bellman and no 0ffer to wait etc for assistance. We had to request a cart to bring up luggage groceries etc. Told at check in because we were only staying 6 nights we would not have any housekeeping. However they did come in on our room on day 4. Were not told main pool would not useable as was under construction. We had paid for a garden view- they changed our room to a pool/oceanview prior to our arrival. That was nice but what wasn't nice is that the master bedroom was on the parking lot side, walking side. Very thin windows and we heard everything when trying to sleep. They start maintenance activities like lawn mowing very early! My husband stopped at the concierge for some assistance with snorkeling ideas, beaches etc- only suggestions were paid tours. Unclear why if you have to for parking why it is not assigned to your room instead of driving around hoping to find a spot.

We loved having a kitchen, separate room, a living room with a pull out couch, and a washer and dryer. The pool and gardens were beautiful and we loved the beach area as well. Gorgeous hotel and we hope to be back soon!

Our room was nice, with a great view. The AC was a little shaky with the room getting warm in the middle of the night. A call to the desk and visit by maintenance did little to fix this. The beach out front was narrow and really rocky under the water, but I know they can't help that. The pool area was loud until pretty late at night it seemed, but still we liked the place. Price was good.

The property was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! There were plenty of chairs to lay out by both pools! We also loved our two bed/two bath room- it was very spacious and clean. We will definitely be coming here again!

The property looked fabulous, but we had to quarantine for one night due to flying from Oahu back to Maui. It would be awesome if the hotel would create a fee for someone to have food dropped at the door since the restaurant is open. The unit was well appointed and spotless.
