Love the theme. Our room ac weren’t pumping up cold air. Pool were filled with rowdy kids. Breakfast cafe was mediocre. I asked for eggs over easy & gave me scrambled eggs. I had to sent back burnt toast. At the lobby, just asking question about the shows in the hotel, this man started asking personal questions. We abruptly left.

The bathroom in our room had dust on the cabinets ! Outside our room there was a water leak and smelled like mold.

I feel the welcome at reservation Checkin was mediocre and when I called to ask about nearest sit down restaurant agent/host at desk said for me to call concierge’s no and when I called from room they were closed so I had to call front desk back again. The bartender at or near cashier was amazing and helpful. The gal on floor casino did not know $1 machines and walked us a mile. Need to know how to find.

In general, the property was fine. The room was nice BUT the room safe was inoperable and the television sound was sporadic. I called for repair, but no one ever came. It’s a shame because the room was clean and modern, and the resort was very nice.

The hotel itself wasn't bad overall, the rooms were nothing to write home about. Pretty standard, re-modeled, older rooms. The Elevators looked like they were falling apart, compared to the rest of the general hotel area's, they were beat up and generally in dis-repair. The hotel does offer some cool things, the Bodies exhibit, the Titanic, Blue Man Group and a few other shows. The Bodies is worth seeing without question, but could be triggering for some people. Overall the hotel was average at best, staff was fairly courteous, but again, nothing to write home about. I've stayed at better looking, more welcoming places in Vegas.
