Hotel is in a good location. However, it is extremely outdated, grossly stained carpets. Even in the middle of winter the room was so hot. I also have random weird $.01 charges from the hotel.

Due to COVID-19 and vision disability complications, I was not able to travel to the UK or stay at the Central Park Hotel. I notified both Travelocity and the Central Park Hotel by telephone and online of the problems several times, but neither organization would help me and I was charged for the full stay at the Central Park Hotel even though I never traveled to London.
