SHOUT OUT TO JAMIE a concierge who assisted me with getting checked in for a British Airlines flight - after a stressful day. HE even gave me drink vouchers for myself and my husband! His expertise (there were crazy work arounds needed in the BA system and the Sofitel printer went down) and patience and kindness went a LONG way to making our experience amazing!!! If we fly through Heathrow again we will certainly book SOFITEL! THANK YOU

This is the only hotel that is walkable and all of London Heathrow. It is extremely clean and organized. Perfect stay at London Heathrow terminal five.

You would think paying that much money, there would be multiple USB ports. You would think the mattress pad would be covered, the sheets did not fully cover. You would think despite having an event, that you would not hear the base sound playing all night. You would think there would be an outlet by the bed for you phone/alarm clock.
