I loved that it was close to Bay st in Emeryville & Berkeley. I did not like that we were charged for parking & that wife never once worked in our room. I couldn't use the room for the remainder of the morning I had left because of the lack of internet.

I have never stayed at a hotel and go to the front desk and they tell me they have no toilet tissue I stayed there for five days and did not get room service not one day I had to keep going down getting towels everyday and were never changed this is ridiculous for the amount of money I paid to stay here i thought this was a 4 star hotel
