We were in Ft Walton Beach for a funeral and were allowed an early checkin.

Initial check-in room was not clean or the TV was out of service. Front Desk responded to our concern and assigned another room very quickly. The assigned second room was very clean and we were very please with all other amenities on property during our entire stay.

We were given a room with a clogged toilet. There was an unexplained wet spot on the floor. The personnel were not helpful. When we left the toilet was overflowed on the bathroom floor.
