The hotel room was a travesty. When I arrived the mini bar had drinks half drank inside. The bathroom was soaking wet, the lamp shades were stained, the ac was dripping water on the ground, the room smelled of mildew, and finally the balcony door never truly shut. That alone ruined my experience, add on top all of the poor food, even the premium options were terrible! I truly do not recommend this place unless all you want is unlimited alcohol.

The bathrooms were outdated and the buffets were okay, but the restaurants that you reserve and the facility is amazing. Staff is super accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely return.

Evrything was great , the only thing is the transportation when checkout to the airport need more communications between the drives and the resort

We loved our stay of 8 days. The view from the room and beach were beautiful. Really liked the variety of food restaurants and selections. One area I see that could be improved would be check in. After standing in line behind 3 other couples and it was our turn.. found out that we were premium and was turned away to check in at the premium area. The premium person that checked us in had not been properly trained. Almost everything she told us was not accurate. Examples of that were the direction to head to find our room, food options that night, room service and alcohol offered in the room. Overall it was a great trip and considering getting married there next year.

We loved the property itself, but the bathroom shower needs to be upgraded! It's very dangerous stepping over the bathtub to get into the shower and it leaks all over the floor! That is the ONLY thing that we have a complaint about!
