The environment is breathtaking and is enchanting. However, I found numerous issues with the hotel. First of all, the tv in the room has a remote from the early 2000. We’re in 2023, and the hotel does not have a smart tv but yet they have a touch screen air conditioning. Which makes no sense to me. The tv stations that they say have music doesn’t work at all. Secondly, at the water park there were no towels available. We had to walk to our rooms dripping wet. Third, the food on the menu is limited and doesn’t taste good at all. Overall, I give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. My expectations weren’t not met all. I will not recommend

El servicio de casa empleado es Espectacular, la comida en bufets y restaurantes fue excelente, al igual que Limpieza y amenidades. Lo único que deben de mejorar es en la selección de alcohol. En mi caso me gusta el vino tinto, blanco y espumoso. Solo ofrecen el vino de la casa como parte de la tarifa “all inclusive”, puesto que los demás estaban para la venta. Honestamente No había manera de beberse ese vino. Aún cuando era un vino español (que son los q realmente me encantan), particularmente el que ofrecen no es uno que se pueda disfrutar. Recomiendo añadan algunos otros vinos para la selección de la tarifa “all inclusive “… pues en el mercado existen buenos vinos con buen precio para este tipo de oferta.

Rooms and grounds were well maintained . Staff was very friendly. Beach was beautiful. The buffet had good selection of food . The main restaurants were average nothing great . A kids menu would be a great add on.

The property is excellent but it is so huge that it feels empty. There is not much to do after 6 p.m. even though the hotel site says otherwise.

We liked that it was all inclusive. Wish there were selections on liquor. The rooms seemed clean. 3x differe t times we asked for wash cloths. 1 time we only got them. Asked for box of kleenex, never received. The shower water seeped out past the lup of the floor. Woke up from a nap to find a huge puddle of water in front of our door and the ceiling was leaking. Called front desk. Obvious language barrier because t they thought we were asking for cleaning service. They then told us someone would be up in 10 minutes. No one came so my husband went down to front desk again huge language barrier. My husband had to use translator on his phone. They said 15 minutes. They did not come up. My husband and i walked downstairs to grab a drink and he went vack up to the room 20 minutes later. Still no one. Then he asked one of the luggage handlers, he said he couldn't help us. Finally after 15 minutes a maintenance person came. We shouldnt have to wait so long to get someone to fix the problem.

Resort was lovely. Staff was friendly and accommoding. Food was horrible. I mean really bad. The app to make a reservation was not working and guest services blew it off when I went for help.
