I reserved a hotel room after realizing I could not make it home safety due to illness. As a disabled person I was bothered to find someone parked in a disabled parking space illegally leaving nowhere for a disabled person to park. I complained to the front desk, twice, they did nothing. The vehicle was still parked there the next morning. There were no curtains, just blinds that let the light in. The television did not work. The maid came through the hallway knocking on doors before 9 AM looking for rooms to clean. Not good!

I picked them because they had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport and it was a courtesy cab. All the better at 4 am! Very enjoyable stay and staff was very nice.
