You are only as good as the people who work for you. The staff at this property are excellent. Professional and very kind! The front desk person and the shuttle driver took great care of my elderly mother who was arriving very late on a delayed flight. This allowed me to get some sleep. I really appreciated it. This is a typical Silicon Valley off-brand hotel. Overly bright LED lighting. I was counting on a lounge to have a glass of wine at the end of a challenging day. No such luck. The rooms are clean. I wouldn't call my shower hot. Conveniently located to airport and highway 101. Not many food options if you are looking for a meal nearby.
