The place looked abandoned at the front. The smelled smoke and not cleaned well. There were fruit flies and the way the bed was made was so tacky as if the maid service was in a hurry.

the room was clean but the outside area is not. walls are thin, people in the next room were loud all night and early morning. On Saturday night, the restaurant in the hotel blasted music all night long. Not a place to stay if you want to sleep.

I had to wait a LONG time to check in and it was late night. Then I went to my room and there was a strange guy walking around in the parking lot in front of my room who acted like he was leaving in a car, only to sit in it & wait to see me go in my room, which I didn't. Went back to the lobby to change rooms only to hear they would all be on that side w/the sketchy dude. The lobby manager guy was lovely and walked me to my room, along with the security LADY who went to check out the sketchy guy. I was given pepper spray to make it thru the night. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much. There were no photos stating that this is a MOTEL- I wouldn't have stayed if so...the rooms are open to anyone on the street who want to come up & potentially come in. It's not secure & not somewhere a woman traveling alone should stay if you want to feel safe. Also, the water dripped out of the shower head & I didn't have hot water to bathe. I really hoped that this was a dream because it was crazy. No breakfast served; had to walk through an extremely sketchy neighborhood with run down/closed down hotels to get to a Denny's. A man pulled up beside me in a van and whistled then turned the corner & sat there, hoping to pick me up like a cheap prostitute. It just never ended. I don't write bad reviews, but feel it's necessary to keep others safe. Positives: the pool/hot tub area are large & lovely; the toiletries in the rooms are a nice touch; the bed and bedding/pillows were great.
