Hotel staff was great. Hotel cleanliness wasn’t. Everything from elevators to hallways was dirty, not even vacuumed recently. Overall, highly disappointed.

Horribly under-staffed front desk, causing a long wait time to check in. No coffee maker in room. Main complaint: Your online room cost showed $89/night whereas hotel at checkout showed $74 cost of room. What the heck???
