The gentleman that checked me in was so helpful. There was no place to dine in the area since it was July 4th. I asked if there was anyplace we could go. He gave me a great recommendation. He made the check in process easy also. He made me want to come back. The check out person wasn’t so pleasant.

Our bar was going under minor construction and we were obligated to remove some stools around the bar in order to complete the project. The stools are not back to its proper location. The next time you revist us, please, do not hesitate to join us at the bar.Safe Travels!

I arrived around 1:30am due to a delayed flight. I had called in advance to find out the procedure for late check-in. They let me know that there was already a note in my reservation (from me writing via messaging). When my app ride dropped me off in the freezing cold, there was no one insight inside. So I tried calling citizenM to no avail. So I banged on a couple different windows for several minutes while I contemplated what my next step would be. Luckily, eventually someone came to the door and checked me in. They had been cleaning the bar. Big inconvenience being so cold and so late.
