Beautiful property, bathroom could use upgrade but it's clean, I did have to call security 2 nights in a row for loud people next door, as well as fighting. The third time they finally took care of it however I didnt sleep for 2 nights and they would not provide any credit because I booked through 3rd party. They did cover few drinks I had at pool.lol Very disappointed with that protocol. In lobby, there's a small place to get coffee and muffins, etc. however waited 30 minutes in line. Go early and you will be okay. David, the concierge makes the place. Front desk not so friendly. Then, I was trying to carry heavy bags up stairs to leave for airport and staff that takes luggage were all on cell phones and when I asked for help the young man responded," You can't do that by yourself?" He wasnt joking. :(

A beautiful, historic hotel with large, formal lobby. Great restaurants nearby as well as bike rentals and a great bike trail along the river. Loved the luxurious lap pool and spa offerings. Also loved the hot tub.

The service and the staff were excellent. They were extremely attentive to our every need. Unfortunately, the hotel suite was not well equipped with amenities that one would expect for the cost. There was a musty/moldy smell in the bedroom, the hotel could use updating.

Pool hit capacity and we were not allowed in. Plus, when we arrived at our room the lock battery was dead and we couldn't enter our room.

Thank you for staying with us. I'm sorry that we were not able to accommodate you at our pool. It is not typical that our pool hits capacity. We hate turning guests away. I'm also very sorry about the door lock. I will ensure this is corrected moving forward.
